AfterBurn Rock N Roll Firefifghters

 AfterBurn is a hard rock band from Long Island, New York. Signed with Iron Gate Records of Nashville for a brief time, AfterBurn music has a sound of it's own. A blend of classic and hard rock and old school metal, mixed with some blues, country, and some alternative metal. This combo has been used to make their songs some of the most harmonious & melodic fist pumping tunes on the planet.  

 We digress. The listeners are always the best judge.  Dig beneath the surface and you will discover that AfterBurn's soulful sound is really all about celebrating life: every moment, every breath, each instant, using music to experience each moment to it's fullest.   

 9/11 and Ground Zero veterans with the FDNY, Joe and Rich, along with their volunteer brother of AfterBurn serve as a living testament that you can overcome and will live through life's hardships and struggles, to rise above the fear and anxiety that cage us, with music as the key.

 Founded in 2010, in remembrance of our 343 brothers that perished on 9/11/01. *Mathew Sebel and Chick Satterley joined the AfterBurn family in 2016.

 2012 the band was chosen to perform in Austin Texas for the Texas Rockfest stages during the SXSW music festival for the first of three consecutive years. 

 In June, 2014, AfterBurn's first full length LP, " Never Forget" was released.  In August , AfterBurn performed in the direct support spot in NYC for Faster Pussycat. At the end of the set, they were invited by the FP band to tour with them that Fall, beginning on Halloween at The Whiskey A Go Go, doing 22 shows in 25 days, and ending in Chicago just before Thanksgiving. 

 From Long Island to LA, Wisconsin to San Antonio Texas, AfterBurn has performed alongside legendary bands and musicians such as Quiet Riot,  Geoffe Tate, The Sweet, Steven Adler Project of GNR, Nashville Pussy, Joe and Al Bouchard of Blue Oyster Cult, Doug Pinnick of Kings X, Faster Pussycat, Lillian Axe, L.A. Guns, Saliva, The Bullet Boys, Kenny Arnoff, Gina Stiles of Vixen, and the late great A.J. Perro of Twisted Sister.
